1-CARDIO

(SKIPPING, JUMPING JACKS, PUSH UPS, SHADOW BOXING, FLOOR EXERCISES THAT INCLUDE BOSU, LEBERT EQUALIZERS, HAND WEIGHTS ETC.)

2-BAG ROUTINES

(PUNCHING & KICKING, SPEED & POWER DRILLS, ALL ROUTINES VARY)

3-MAT WORK

( INCLUDES: ANYWHERE FROM 400 UP TO 1000 AB CRUNCHES & A FULL BODY STRETCH)
